Our platform deploys specialized AI agents to gather, analyze, and synthesize company and prospect intelligence from publicly available sources. The information provided through our Services is intended for legitimate business research and sales enablement purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information as needed
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

SAEGE offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, and Maxx). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Authorize recurring charges on your payment method
  • Accept that subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancellation can be done at any time, and access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Engage in harassment, stalking, or any form of abuse
  • Collect personal data for purposes unrelated to legitimate business research
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software), are owned by SAEGE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Data & Research Output

Research reports and intelligence generated through the Services are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information provided. You acknowledge that AI-generated research may contain errors or outdated information and should be verified independently before making business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAEGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAEGE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
